To log on to your account just click here and enter your login and password. If you have not setup an Internet password for your account number, contact any office to obtain one. This will enable you to View your Usage, View your Bill, Make changes to your Account, set up Auto-Pay, sign up for E-Bill, and Pay online.
Pay by Phone
Rutherford EMC has implemented an automatic telephone system that will allow members to obtain information on their account, report an outage, or pay their bill from any touchtone phone. This service is available 24/7 by dialing any Rutherford EMC office listed below or you may choose to speak to an Office Service Representative between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Pay By Mail
If you pay via mail, drop box or office visit be sure to return the bottom portion of the bill with your payment. Please allow appropriate mailing time for your payment(s) to reach Rutherford EMC and be applied to your account(s).

A PrePay Service Agreement Form must be completed in one of our offices by the person requesting PrePay Service.
Draft Payments
Draft Payments allows members to authorize withdrawal of funds from checking account or credit/debit card to pay the amount due each month. The amount due will be drafted on or after your due date. You will continue to receive your bill, but the bill will state that the account will be drafted. If you wish to sign up to have your payment drafted directly from your checking account or by using a debit or credit card, please call 828-245-1621 or toll free at 1-800-521-0920 to have an authorization form sent to you.
Please note:
Changes to a draft payment must be made by calling one of our offices. Changes to draft payments cannot be made online.
